Justine Rigby

Justine Rigby is the co-host of That Physical Culture Podcast and a lifelong lover of physie, music, and the unspoken rules that come with both.

Justine brings a deep appreciation for musicality, performance, and the culture that keeps dancers coming back season after season. She’s known for her thoughtful takes, strong instincts, and a very clear understanding of what makes great story-telling.

Outside the physie world, Justine has built a successful career in media and commercial strategy, but on the podcast she leaves the titles at the door. What she brings instead is curiosity, humour, and an ability to articulate what so many physie people are thinking but rarely say out loud.

Justine co-hosts the podcast to celebrate physie in all its forms — the music we love, the routines that stay with us, the goals we set, and the shared experience that makes physie more than just a sport.

Renée Walker

Renee Walker is the co-host of That Physical Culture Podcast and a physie devotee for the past three years.

By day, Renee is the founder of a communications and brand consultancy. By night (and most weekends), she’s knee-deep in the world of physie — as a participant, observer, cheerleader, and lifelong fan of the culture that keeps pulling people back.

Renee brings a big-picture lens to the podcast, blending her background in communications with her lived experience in physie. She’s curious, candid, and not afraid to say the quiet part out loud.

With humour, honesty, and zero claims of expertise, Renee co-hosts the podcast to celebrate physie as it really is: passionate, occasionally chaotic, deeply nostalgic, and endlessly meaningful.
